El Catalunya Championship ha dejado un importante reparto económico con 77 jugadores entrando en premios tras superar el corte después de dos días de competición. En clave española, hasta once jugadores lograron entrar en el reparto de ganancias en el Catalunya Championship; confirmando la notable presencia nacional en la semana. Entre ellos, Álex del Rey fue el mejor clasificado; cerrando como tercer mejor español y embolsándose 121.352,87 euros tras su brillante semana; mientras que otros dos jugadores nacionales lograron finalizar dentro del Top 10; redondeando una actuación colectiva muy destacada del golf español en el torneo.
